    Premade items can take up to 2 weeks due to traffic volume. Preorder items can take 4-7 weeks.

        how should I wash my pieces?

          Keep That Garment On At All Times. If You Choose To Feel Bold - Cold wash inside out on gentle setting. Hang dry or lay flat to avoid garment fading and unwanted shrinkage. Wash with like colors. 

          I received a damaged, defective, missing or incorrect product, what should i do?

            If your package arrived with damages, please contact the associated shipping provider to open a dispute. EVR Studios is not responsible for packages after we've handed them off to the postal carrier. 

            If your packaged arrived safely but the items are damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect, we would be happy to arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund if necessary.
